Hey, Mr. Simple!

SAPPHIRE BLUE was created to make up for the lack of Super Junior-themed fan fests, and as a way to celebrate the group's legacy, with a first (and hopefully not last!) round focused on an important milestone in SuJu's career - their 20th anniversary!The fest is an OT15 stress-free event that welcomes seasoned and baby E.L.F.s alike. The idea is to create a stable reference point for fan artists that want to share their works with other fans.After going through all the sections, don't hesitate asking if you have further questions. And last, but not least, remember to have fun! :)

Danger, all aimed at you!

SAPPHIRE BLUE is a prompt meme fest with its own collection on Ao3.
For those who are new to this format, a 'prompt meme' fest requires you to submit PROMPTS that other artists will CLAIM, producing a work called FILL.
Each participant can leave up to 10 prompts, and produce a max. of 2 works.
If none of the prompts left by other participants inspire you, you can claim a FREE PROMPT left by the mod. Or alternatively, you can always self-prompt. Prompts are anonymous.Submitted fanworks will be anonymous until reveal, so try to keep the secret for a while :)There's no penalty for those who don't manage to finish their work.Minimum 500 words, no maximum

OT15 fest - works on past and current members are welcomed (extra 🍪 for the Kibum biased ELFs out there!)
Ship & Gen fics are both accepted, as well as crossover ships (Suju member x other). Just remember that the fest is still a Suju one, so all works have to feature and be centered on one or more Suju member.
All ratings, 13+ - We strictly follow Ao3's rules, all participants have to be 13, or older. All works have to be tagged accordingly, otherwise they won't be allowed in the collection. It goes without saying that stories rated E can be written/read only by those who are 18+
TAGS - tag your works as much as you can, and please, do read the rules properly because some content won't be accepted.
Fanfics, fanarts, essays, socmed AUs are all accepted. For more infos read the section WHAT DO I NEED TO JOIN
Have fun (mandatory!) and don't stress about it :))

NO content that features rape/noncon, pedophilia, and bestiality. Any kind of sexual/violent content has to be tagged.
NO content that purposely bashes other groups.
PLAGIARISM is not allowed. If proved, you'll get instantly banned.
NO AI, same as above, instant ban if you submit any kind of AI generated work. Fan fests are for creativity, we're not here to judge each other's skills, so take your time and work!
NO WIPs you can submit only completed stories, whether they're oneshot or multichapter stories

WHAT DO I NEED TO JOIN?

Ao3 Account, we have a couple of invitation codes available if you don't have an Ao3 Account. If you don't want to make one, we can post your work on your behalf through the Sapphire Blue Fest account, but we advise to have your own account.
All works have to be posted in the Ao3 collection first. For Fanarts and Socmed AU in particular, I know Ao3 isn't the best platform, so after the reveal if you want to re-post the work on twitter, we will retweet it on the Fest account (same tag rules applies, flag your tweet as sensible content if needed)
If you're a reader without an Ao3 account (required for prompting): you can either ask us for an invitation code, or leave your prompt on our strawpage and we will upload it on our collection for you!
